I · Production preparation

The contract is ready before the drawings arrive

The production preparation module is a complete tool for gathering all data on ordered elements – from contract assumptions before the drawings arrive, through items from the design documents, to materials, shop drawings and QR labels.

• Mould occupancy forecast at the quotation stage – assumptions in pieces, m² or m³ per day
• Easy item entry: dimensions, weight, mix design, erection sequence
• Automatic QR label generation – full traceability of every piece
• Reinforcement and formwork drawings (PDF) also available on the phone on the shop floor

II · Planning

A mould schedule that checks itself

The planning module lets you quickly assign pieces to moulds, tables and lines and reinforcement to the rebar shop. An interactive, colour-coded schedule shows mould occupancy, production progress and pieces awaiting inspection at a glance.

• Automatic planning – the system spreads pieces over the moulds and moves overflow to the next free days
• Checks on every move: routing, mould dimensions, occupancy and the plant's working days
• Occupancy of lines and column moulds by length, tables by area
• Hollow-core line – one routing for the whole length of the line
• Reinforcement planned ahead of casting

III · Work card

Scan, START, STOP – and everything is recorded

Work reporting and quick access to data – straight from the shop floor. The work card streamlines the foremen's daily work and gives full transparency at every workstation.

• One-tap work reporting – scan the piece's QR code, START and STOP; the next process is suggested from the routing
• Role-based view – the foreman sees only their own workstations and crew
• Assigning workers to workstations and to specific pieces, crew attendance
• Interlocks: mould occupied, previous process not accepted, strength too low for demoulding
• Active worker hours day by day and man-hours per element

IV · Quality control and concrete

FPC that does not depend on memory

The quality control module supports both production staff and supervisors. Every production step meets FPC requirements – quickly, transparently and without paper forms.

• Electronic inspection card – the design dimension fills in automatically, the inspector enters only the measurement, and the result is assessed against the product standard tolerance (EN 13369, 14992, 13225, 14843, 13747 and others)
• In-process inspections triggered automatically by the routing – production waits for an OK
• Non-conformities with photos – the piece is blocked until a decision: repair, concession, scrap
• Concrete batches and test results – demoulding and release blocked when strength is too low

V · Yard

A yard you can see from the office

The yard module gives instant insight into finished-goods stock by zone and location and full control over receipts, moves and dispatches. The last scan sets the storage location of the finished product.

• Receiving, moving and loading by scanner – with location labels
• The system stacks hollow-core slabs on its own – in erection sequence and with a limit matched to slab thickness
• Each stack gets its own QR code – scanning the stack code is enough when receiving and dispatching
• Search pieces by contract, product, element name and location

VI · Logistics

Deliveries in erection order, customer informed

A module for managing logistics – from planning deliveries in erection order, through loading, to the delivery note and customer notification.

• Deliveries planned in site erection order, not in production order
• Delivery calendar – dragging a truck changes its loading day
• Truck status: to load → loaded → dispatched → delivered
• Delivery note in one click once loading is complete
• Automatic e-mail to the customer: what is coming, how many pieces and tonnes, which truck and driver

Catalogues

Rich catalogues you edit yourself

Rich catalogues the plant edits itself – without a programmer. A change applies across the system immediately: in contract items, the schedule, QC cards and labels.

Our own application, your data in the European Union

PrefaPro is a proprietary web application built from the ground up for precast concrete plants. It does not rely on third-party no-code platforms – there are no per-user licence fees in external systems, and development is not limited by what such a platform can do.
